Studio Policies

Custom Orders

Once a custom order is placed and we agree upon details, a 50% deposit of the total cost will be paid up front to cover materials. You will have until midnight of the day after your order placement to cancel the project and receive a full refund of your deposit.

You will stay updated on the entire construction process of your order via email. During these updates, any suggestions, revisions, and critiques are welcome! We will not ship the item to you until you are completely satisfied with its appearance. The rest of the cost will be paid off as soon as you approve the final product. At which point, it's on to shipping!

You will be provided with the most detailed photos and angles of your project as we can provide and for that reason we do not offer refunds on custom orders unless your product arrives damaged. In that case, you will be granted a free replacement. 

Fire Performances

The only time there will be additional costs on top of the base rates is when excessive distance travelled is involved. Lodging and accommodations near the venue will be covered by the client.

Each hour spent driving only one-way will be covered by the client at a rate of $20 per hour. There is no charge for less than an hour of driving from my home location to the venue.

The other travel expense to note would be the cost of plane tickets should flying be involved. 

​

The final policy regarding fire performances to note is that no performance will begin until the cost of the show has been paid in full.
